A discard is a card that a player chooses to remove from their hand and place in a discard pile during a card game. This action is typically taken when a player cannot or does not want to play the card in their hand. The discard pile is usually placed face-up so that all players can see the cards that have been discarded. In some games, players may have the option to pick up cards from the discard pile to add to their hand. **

Budgerigars typically discard unfertilized eggs during the incubation period. If a budgerigar senses that an egg is not viable, it may push it out of the nest or abandon it. This behavior is a natural instinct to ensure that the bird focuses its energy on caring for viable eggs and offspring. Budgerigars are known to be attentive and protective parents, so they will prioritize the care of healthy eggs and chicks. **

Players can continue to discard cards throughout the game as needed to manage their hand and improve their chances of winning. **

In Pokémon GO, you can discard eggs by going to your Pokémon collection and selecting the "Eggs" tab. From there, you can tap on the egg you want to discard and then select the option to "discard" or "release" the egg. Discarding eggs will remove them from your inventory, making space for new eggs to be obtained from PokéStops. Keep in mind that once you discard an egg, it cannot be recovered, so be sure you want to get rid of it before confirming the action. **

Additionally, diving goggles are not necessary for swimming laps or recreational swimming in a pool with clear water. The use of diving goggles in a swimming pool can also create a safety hazard if the wearer dives into shallow water thinking it is deeper than it actually is. **
