It is not common for bidders to intentionally withdraw bids in auctions. Bidders typically participate in auctions with the intention of winning the item or property being auctioned. Withdrawing a bid can result in penalties or being banned from future auctions, so bidders are usually committed to their bids unless there are exceptional circumstances. Overall, intentional bid withdrawals are rare in auction settings. **

eBay non-paying bidders are individuals who win an auction or commit to buy an item on eBay but fail to complete the purchase by paying for the item. This can be frustrating for sellers who are expecting payment for their items. eBay has policies in place to address non-paying bidders, including the ability for sellers to open unpaid item cases and potentially leave negative feedback for non-paying buyers. **

Fun bidders on eBay Classifieds are individuals who participate in auctions on the platform for the enjoyment and thrill of the bidding process, rather than with the intention of purchasing the item. These bidders may engage in competitive bidding, driving up the price of an item for the excitement of the auction. While they may not ultimately make a purchase, they contribute to the lively and dynamic nature of the eBay Classifieds auction experience. **

eBay's fun bidders are fictional accounts created by the platform to simulate bidding activity and generate interest in auctions. These accounts place fake bids on items to create a sense of competition and drive up prices. The purpose of fun bidders is to make auctions more engaging and exciting for users, ultimately increasing participation and potential sales on the platform. **

The purpose of eBay non-serious bidders is to create unnecessary competition and drive up prices for serious buyers. These bidders may place bids without the intention of actually purchasing the item, which can be frustrating for sellers and legitimate buyers. eBay has measures in place to address non-serious bidders, such as the ability for sellers to block certain bidders from their listings. **

To reject the highest bidders on eBay, you can use the "Second Chance Offer" feature. This feature allows you to make an offer to the next highest bidder if the winning bidder is unable to complete the purchase. You can select the option to make a second chance offer to the next highest bidder from the listing page. This allows you to give the opportunity to the next highest bidder to purchase the item if the original winning bidder falls through. **

Diving goggles are not allowed in the swimming pool because they are designed for use in deep water and can obstruct peripheral vision, increasing the risk of collisions with other swimmers. Additionally, diving goggles are not necessary for swimming laps or recreational swimming in a pool with clear water. The use of diving goggles in a swimming pool can also create a safety hazard if the wearer dives into shallow water thinking it is deeper than it actually is. **

There may be several reasons why there are many watchers but no bidders on eBay. One possible reason is that the watchers are waiting for the price to drop before they make a bid. Another reason could be that the watchers are simply interested in the item and are monitoring its progress without necessarily intending to bid. Additionally, some watchers may be using the "watch" feature as a way to keep track of items they are considering bidding on in the future, but have not yet made a decision to bid. **
