Diving goggles are not allowed in the swimming pool because they are designed for use in deep water and can obstruct peripheral vision, increasing the risk of collisions with other swimmers. Additionally, diving goggles are not necessary for swimming laps or recreational swimming in a pool with clear water. The use of diving goggles in a swimming pool can also create a safety hazard if the wearer dives into shallow water thinking it is deeper than it actually is. **

The 1st district league is typically considered higher or better than the district league. Using a diving mask instead of swimming goggles can provide a wider field of vision and better visibility underwater. Diving masks are designed to create a watertight seal around the eyes and nose, preventing water from entering. They also typically have a nose pocket for equalizing pressure while diving. However, diving masks may be bulkier and less streamlined than swimming goggles, which could affect comfort and performance while swimming laps. **

The quality of a football league can be subjective and depends on various factors such as the level of competition, the talent of the players, and the overall entertainment value. Some may argue that the 2nd league of a particular country is better because it offers a more competitive and intense environment, with teams fighting for promotion to the top league. On the other hand, others may argue that the top league is better because it features higher-profile teams and more well-known players. Ultimately, the "better" league is a matter of personal preference and can vary from person to person. **

The league system in Rocket League works by assigning players a rank based on their performance in competitive matches. Players start in the lowest rank, and as they win matches, they earn points that allow them to progress to higher ranks. Each rank has divisions, and players must win a certain number of matches to move up to the next division or rank. The highest rank is Grand Champion, and players must consistently perform well to maintain their rank. At the end of each season, players receive rewards based on their highest rank achieved. **
