Reinstatement or leave of absence at the police is a decision that depends on the specific circumstances and policies of the police department. If an officer has been on leave of absence, the decision to reinstate them would depend on factors such as the reason for their absence, their performance history, and any relevant departmental policies. In some cases, officers may be reinstated after a leave of absence, while in other cases, they may not be eligible for reinstatement. Ultimately, the decision would be made by the police department based on their specific policies and the individual circumstances of the officer in question. **

The purpose of the non-reinstatement function is to prevent a terminated employee from being rehired by the company. This function ensures that once an employee has been terminated, they cannot be reinstated into their previous position or any other position within the company. This helps maintain the integrity of the termination process and prevents the company from rehiring employees who were terminated for valid reasons. Additionally, it helps protect the company from potential legal issues that could arise from rehiring a terminated employee. **

Diving goggles are not allowed in the swimming pool because they are designed for use in deep water and can obstruct peripheral vision, increasing the risk of collisions with other swimmers. Additionally, diving goggles are not necessary for swimming laps or recreational swimming in a pool with clear water. The use of diving goggles in a swimming pool can also create a safety hazard if the wearer dives into shallow water thinking it is deeper than it actually is. **

Using a diving mask instead of swimming goggles can provide a wider field of vision and better visibility underwater. Diving masks are designed to create a watertight seal around the eyes and nose, preventing water from entering. They also typically have a nose pocket for equalizing pressure while diving. However, diving masks may be bulkier and less streamlined than swimming goggles, which could affect comfort and performance while swimming laps. **

Additionally, I feel more comfortable and confident in regular clothing when I am not at the beach or pool. **
