Diving goggles are not allowed in the swimming pool because they are designed for use in deep water and can obstruct peripheral vision, increasing the risk of collisions with other swimmers. Additionally, diving goggles are not necessary for swimming laps or recreational swimming in a pool with clear water. The use of diving goggles in a swimming pool can also create a safety hazard if the wearer dives into shallow water thinking it is deeper than it actually is. **

The semester refers to one of the two academic terms in a school year. Using a diving mask instead of swimming goggles can provide a wider field of vision and better visibility underwater. Diving masks are designed to create a watertight seal around the eyes and nose, preventing water from entering. They also typically have a nose pocket for equalizing pressure while diving. However, diving masks may be bulkier and less streamlined than swimming goggles, which could affect comfort and performance while swimming laps. **

Semester exams are comprehensive assessments that are typically given at the end of a semester or academic term. These exams cover the material that has been taught throughout the semester and are used to evaluate students' understanding and retention of the course material. Semester exams are often weighted heavily in a student's final grade and are an important component of the overall assessment of their academic performance. They may include a variety of question formats, such as multiple choice, short answer, and essay questions, and are designed to test students' knowledge, critical thinking skills, and ability to apply what they have learned. **

Using a semester as a trial semester can be a good way to test out a new program, major, or university to see if it is the right fit for you. It can also be a good way to explore different classes and interests before committing to a specific path. However, it's important to keep in mind that some programs or universities may have specific requirements or limitations for trial periods, so it's important to do thorough research and planning before making this decision. Additionally, it's important to consider the potential impact on your academic record and financial aid eligibility before using a semester as a trial period. **

No, in the second semester, the exams for the courses taken in the first semester typically take place. This allows students to review and be tested on the material they learned earlier in the academic year. It also provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate their understanding and retention of the material. These exams are an important part of the overall assessment and evaluation of a student's progress in their courses. **
